What are cookies used for?
They are used for technical purposes for the smooth operation of the website, keeping track of site navigation.
How do I disable cookies?
If you want to turn off cookies you just change your website browser settings to reject cookies. How you can do that is down to the web browser you use.

Select the setting the appropriate setting
For Google Chrome:

What happens if you disable cookies?
It depends on which cookies you disable, but in general the website might not operate quite as well if you turn cookies off.
When you send an email to Natasha Helvin, you do it via the contact form on the website. This asks you for your name and email address. Neither are used for any other purpose except replying to your message or messages to Natasha Helvin. Our email system is powered by Wix.com, and this is where your contact information is stored – that is, on Google cloud servers. Email is accessed from the Wix cloud by Natasha Helvin via her laptop, or by her assistant's laptop. But no messages are actually downloaded. Using the IMAP protocol, the laptops access Google’s cloud servers to view and reply to messages.
As part of the registration process for Natasha Helvin's newsletter and latest blog post alerts, we ask for your email address. This is so we can send you the newsletter and blog post alerts (we couldn’t if we didn’t have your email). Both the newsletter and blog alerts are a short compilation of the latest blog posts that have been published on worldofconjuring.com. Very occasionally, the newsletter will be a one-off alert to anything new on the site – like new products. We most definitely DO NOT rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses. And it goes without saying that we hate spam.
We use third-party provider Wix Shout Outs to send out newsletter. And the latest blog post alerts are powered by Wix Blog App and it’s Wix.com service.
You can unsubscribe from both the newsletter and blog alerts 24/7 by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of our email broadcasts – or just reply and Natasha Helvin or one of her team will remove you from the list.
For things like readings and spellworkings, we need to collect the following sensitive data about you in order to deliver the services / products you order. For readings and spellworkings we will ask for your name, date and place of birth, current location, occupation, relationship status, and for details about your situation that you believe we should know to deliver our product and service.
We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data. So when you submit your details we will present you with a form field to confirm your consent to this processing.
We will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected for, or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. If you don’t wish to provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered, but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
We don’t do any automated decision making or any type of automated profiling.
We’ve put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.
We’ll only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.
For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data).
In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
You can view, amend, or delete any personal information that we hold. Just send your request using the website contact form. Either Natasha Helvin or her assistant will sort it out for you.
